How it works
Head over to the Quote page, there you will be able to select your Teardrop, the dates and enter in your contact information.
Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email with a link, (please note it will be coming from our 3rd party that we use to book our Teardrop Campers, Outdoorsy), you will also receive a text letting you know your quote is ready, if you choose to provide your phone number.
When you open up the email, click on the link in the email, that will direct you to the Outdoorsy’s website, there you will be able to set up the insurance, have your driver license verified, enter in your payment information, and put a deposit down to hold your booking.
A week before your departure date you will receive an email with a video/s. The video/s will go over everything you need to know about your Teardrop camper.
In that email you will also have a couple questions to answer. Your answers will help us better serve you on pick up day.
Please note, pick up and drop times must only take place when it is light out.
Show up on pick day, there we will go over the Teardrop, hook the Teardop up to your towing vehicle, and answer any last minute questions you may have. That is it!
We love our Teardrops and we know you will too, however, we do have some rules that we ask you to follow, thank you for understanding
Teardrop Campers must be returned cleaned, inside the sleeping and the kitchen area, We have provided a cleaning kit inside the Teardrop Trailer. If the Teardrop Camper is returned not cleaned a $30-60 fee will be deducted from the deposit.
We are pet friendly, and we do not have an upfront pet fee. We do have a $60 pet cleaning fee if the Teardrop Camper is returned, and we can tell that a dog has been present.
The roof rack
No climbing on the roof, The roof rack is for a bike or two, kayak, or small bullet cargo box for lightweight items only.
No rough roads. The Teardrop Campers are not designed for off-road. The Teardrop is in great shape. Please return it as you found it.
Our Teardrop Trailers are smoke free. We have a $250 "odor fumigation" charge should you smoke in our new awesome trailers. And besides, they're too small for all that smoke! Also, we are NOT 4-20 friendly in our units.
The fee changes weekly/monthly, the range is between $60-$100 per night.
